Open hands...

Grace had a rough of storming today which delayed her discharge from the hospital. Apparently, she would have been allowed to go home despite the storming, but Mom felt that it was best to bring her home in a relaxed state which makes sense.

Grace is holding both hands open now rather than with a clenched fist. This may seem like a small step, but it shows improvement.

In a previous post I mentioned that Grace is right next door to another little girl who was in a similar condition as Grace. It has been a great encouragement to Mom to see this little girl's progress. This little girl now hums when happy and growls when upset. This little girl finger painted with her Mom today. She still has a ways to go, but it is exciting to see how God is working in her life!

Please Pray For:
  • Smooth transition from hospital to home
  • Storming to cease
  • Complete healing and restoration
  • Strong and united marriage
  • Financial Provision (If you are interested in helping in this way please e-mail info@gracegoodday.com.)

Praise God that Grace is healed by Jesus' stripes and for the fact that she is holding both hands open. Each new achievement is a wonderful touch from our loving heavenly Father. He is working mightily in Grace.

Thank God that Grace is delivered and redeemed from storming, sickness, disease and all the work of the enemy. He has no place in Grace and no power over her in Jesus' Name. She is a blood-bought, redeemed, healthy, prosperous child of God.

Thank God that Grace is released from the hospital and the transition back to her family is smooth. Her brain and her body are made completely whole in Jesus' Name. She can do all things through Christ who strengthens her.

Thank God that what the enemy meant for evil, God is turning for good. Every good thing and every perfect gift comes down from our heavenly Father. He is Lord over Grace.

Praise God that the other little girl is also progressing well. God is not a respecter of persons. Both girls are completely restored above and beyond what we can ask for or even think of. Praise God that she is an encouragement to Mom.

Praise God for Mom and Dad's strong marriage and loving communication. They are a strong witness to many people.

Praise God for his financial provision for every need of this family.

Praise God for the caretakers for both Grace and the boys.

I take authority over the coma and the storming in Jesus' Name, and command Grace to return to the person God created her to be -- a healthy, strong, happy, loving child of God.

Thank you Jesus, for every increment of improvement and healing in Grace and the other little girl at the hospital! THANK YOU for the mighty way you work and arms of love you wrap around this sweet family. Help them to know many, many believers continue to pray for Your perfect will in each day's journey. Help us to know what is needed and how we can be most helpful in these days.

Father God, bring Grace home with open hands reaching for YOU, her family and her return to complete function. Give mom and dad and brothers peace and assurance...and let everything that is said and done on Grace's behalf bring honor and glory unto YOU, Jehovah God!

In the name of Jesus, the Christ, the everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace...Amen.

He took her by the hand and said to her, "Talitha koum!" (which means, "Little girl, I say to you, get up!" ). Mark 5:41

Come Lord Jesus, and take Grace's open hand.
