One Box At A Time

Mom was very tired tonight so this post will be short. Mom is still not a 100% after her surgery which is to be expected. She is feeling some aches and pains as well as extra tired. She will have one follow up appointment in two weeks and then the gull bladder issues should be behind her.

Grace had a calm day today. Mom got to learn some new things in order to care for Grace at home. She reported that some nurses are more interested in training her and Dad than others. Today, she had a great nurse who spent a lot of time with Mom teaching her the tricks of the trade.

The packing continues one box at a time. If you live close to the family and are available to help with the move on Saturday they would sure appreciate it! They are in the need of man power as well as anyone with a large vehicle.

Please Pray For:
  • Praise for a calm day for Grace
  • Prayer for storming to cease completely
  • Prayer for a smooth move with lots of help moving
  • Prayer for continued recovery for Mom
  • Prayer for nurses who are excited to teach Mom and Dad how to care for Grace
  • Financial Provision for the family (please e-mail info@gracegoodday.com if you are interested in helping in this area)

Praise God for Mom's successful surgery and that her healing is progressing. I pray that the pain ceases and that she gets proper rest and nutrition.

Praise God for Grace's calm day and for the nurses who are training Mom to care for her at home. Grace is completely healed by Jesus' stripes. He sent His Word and healed Grace and delivered her from storming, infection, and anything else that the enemy has tried to do. God is greater than any symptom. The Holy Spirit is her comforter, helper, healer and protector.

Praise God for the new home and for the move this weekend. I thank God for the people who will help with the packing and moving.

I pray for strength, peace, and wisdom for Mom and Dad to care for Grace when she comes home. I pray for Grace to improve daily in every aspect. God has given her all things that pertain to life and godliness.

Grace,
Thank you for letting us spend some time with you last night. You are beautiful and looked so peaceful. Our time of prayer was powerful...so much so that at times I didn't have words, but I felt the Holy Spirit moving. You are loved and cherished by so many people...we won't stop pursuing our Almighty God until you are laughing and dancing again.
I can't get your litte face out of my mind and my prayers...that's a good thing :-)
Love from Jen and Clay
