Abigail's Big Wheelchair Day!

I am pleased to report, the wheelchair has finally arrived! Abigail just received it today, she loves it, it is blue (her favorite color), and it even has her name embroidered on back of the chair. It also came equipped with a tray, so that she can easily play with the boys all day long.

The spaghetti dinner benefit was a huge success and also a lot of fun. The pie auction raised about $2,000 for Abigail's fund. Hopefully we will be ready for some sort of communication device in the near future and can use it towards that. It was wonderful to meet so many new people, including another mother of a child with special needs similar to Abigail. She had been the recipient of the benefit a few years prior. Richard was surprised to see a few people from previous places of employment who had heard about the dinner in the paper. I think this is a huge testimony to how he conducts himself at work and reaches people by the way he lives day to day, so kudos to him.

Regarding the seizures, the medication has not been helpful thus far. We meet with Dr. Levin on Monday and will most likely change medications or doses, but we covet your prayers in this matter. I just really wish she didn't have to go through this.

Good night for now. I look forward to hearing from you ~ if you are still reading this, please say so! I miss your comments.

Praise God for Abigail's blue wheel chair with the tray and with her name embroidered on the back. That is awesome.

Praise God for the success of the spaghetti dinner and that you were able to meet so many new people. Praise God for caring people from previous places of employment who attended.

Praise God for deliverance from the seizures and for the proper treatment until they are completely gone.

Angie, I read the blog daily and appreciate your posts. I pray daily for Abigail and your family.

Keep up with the blog as often as you are able. Thanks.

Shalom - nothing missing, nothing broken.

Praise stills the enemy and the seizures and anything that comes against Abigail and her family. I command the seizures to stop completely and never return in Jesus' Name. Jesus took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses on the cross. Satan has no power over us and no place in us in Jesus' Name. Jesus is Lord!!!

I speak to side effects from medications and command them to go in Jesus' Name. I invite the Holy Spirit into Abigail's body and ask Him to do what is needed for her complete healing and restoration. The Holy Spirit is our comforter, counselor, healer, intercessor, advocate, strengthener and stand-by. That covers every area of life and godliness.

Abigail and her family are blood-bought children of God. They are covered by God's covenant so the enemy has to go. He cannot come against God's Word or the blood of Jesus.

God raised Abigail for a special purpose and He never fails. His perfect love casts out all fear.

Shalom - nothing missing, nothing broken

Angie, we only met once when Abigail was a baby. You and she had come to visit friends in TN whom I had been staying with before my wedding. We were all at their company picnic before you drove home. I can remember holding Abigail, such a sweet little baby girl. I am still checking the blog regularly and continue to pray for your family. You are in my thoughts often. I'm so happy Abigail has her wheelchair and that the spaghetti dinner was a success!

Hello Dear Family,
Just wanted to reassure you that we are still reading and still praying...I try to check weekly for updates...but let a couple of weeks go by this time...knowing God is holding all of you in the palm of His hand...one of my favorite songs is also Praise Him in the Storm...so praise God for all He is doing in and thru each of us that we are not even yet aware of! Exciting to hear about the chair and the stander...God bless Dr. Levin in his work to stop the seizures! Hugs to each of you!
